Beff Ek

Beff was born and raised in Delaware, and now calls Florida her second home. She attended the University of North Florida and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining the team at Nichols and Pina, Beff was a hearing officer with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) for over 8 years. While with DHSMV, she conducted thousands of driver license administrative hearings. She also attended annual training with the National Judicial College.

Beff is a proud mother of four children, Raven, David, Dekoda, and Rhett. She is also Nonna to two beautiful granddaughters.  When not working, Beff enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Beff is as unique as her name, and we are happy to have her as a member of our team.
