Beff was born and raised in Delaware, and now calls Florida her second home. She attended the University of North Florida and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining the team at Nichols and Pina, Beff was a hearing officer with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) for over 8 years. While with DHSMV, she conducted thousands of driver license administrative hearings. She also attended annual training with the National Judicial College.

Beff is a proud mother of four children, Raven, David, Dekoda, and Rhett. She is also MeMe to one granddaughter, Caroline, who she thinks is an absolute angel. When not at work, you will likely find Beff and her husband, John, at the baseball field. Look for Beff in a dugout, as she has been known to volunteer to be the team mom.
